- Pendidikan minimal D3 Segala Jurusan.
- Mempunyai pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor di perusahaan Consumer Good. Diutamakan dari perusahaan makanan dan minuman.
- Target oriented dan menguasai bidang sales.
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal serta persuasi yang baik & mampu memimpin tim.
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area Gorontalo, Manado, dan Samarinda.
Responsibilities
- Melaksanakan dan Memonitoring sistem kerja, strategi-strategi penjualan, promosi, dan distribusi untuk pencapaian target.
- Mengontrol aktivitas salesman di lapangan.
- Memonitor pembayaran / tagihan sesuai TOP dan melakukan recheck agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan.
- Memastikan inputan order di PDA sesuai dengan pesanan dan terkirim tepat waktu.
- Mengembangkan potensi salesman melalui mentoring dan coaching.
- Pengembangan penggarapan wilayah agar distribusi produk lebih merata.
- Melakukan proses branding di lapangan (menempel poster, stiker, dsb) bilamana diperlukan.
